Required Documents
To provide high-quality and satisfactory service to our valued clients, certain documents are required by customs depending on the type of shipment. These documents are provided by you as the owner of the shipment.
If you wish to work with us, please provide these documents before the arrival of your shipment to ensure faster processing and smoother customs procedures. There are also additional documents required from our side, which can be found in the attached links.
Basic Documents Required by Customs:
- Original Bill of Lading.
- Purchase invoice for used cars and trucks, and the original registration for used vehicles.
- Certificate of Origin for goods.
- Purchase invoices for general goods.
- SASO Certificate or SABER certification for regulated products.
Documents Required by Us for Customs Clearance Clients:
For companies, institutions, and individuals:
Registration on the FASAH platform and electronic authorization of the company under license number 6086 dated 09/06/1446H.

- Customs clearance license.
- Non-disposal undertaking form for shipments sent for testing and analysis.
